Event Schedule: LONDON

Firstly, thank you to everyone who has shown support towards this pressure campaign. Here is a short and sweet event schedule to let you know what will actually happen on Friday. We have a request, that is please come on time. It would be difficult to show us as one force if we all come at our own times. Please try your best to arrive by 12.30. Also, if you are creative enough to create your own little posters or print it out then we would be more than grateful. However, we do have a few dozens posters, banners :D

EVENT SCHEDULE

[[Assemble]]
-12:00 or earlier – 12:30
- Name entries, Signature Collection, Placards and Banners Display
Details: As Participants arrive, they will be handed with a page to fill in their name and signature that will be attached with the main acknowledgement letter that we will be submitting to Speaker of CA through Ambassador of Nepal. Participants will also be provided with simple printed banners to stick to their T-shirts, although we strongly recommend / expect individuals own effort.

-12:30 – 01:00
- Interaction, Photos, Videos
Details: Once we are set with our banners, placards, t-shirts; we will spend some time interacting with each other or mainly with the Media present at the event. We will interact basically on why we have gathered; so take your time to prepare some lines for the event interaction. It’s recommended every one of us carry our Cameras, Video Cams or even simply smart phones to take photos and videos of the event. Remember, we need to show this to the world!

-01:00 – 01:30
- Speech from Participants interested
Details: Along with some words from participants interested, this will include a short speech from event initiators that will highlight important points from the acknowledgement letter we will be submitting to the ambassador. We will also have short speech from key persons at the event including Nabina Gurung (Miss UK Nepal), Mahendra Kandel (NWC College, London) and so on. Participants are suggested to register their interest if they have something important to convey.

[[Songs/ Poetry]]
-01:30 – 02:00
- National Songs, Poetry from Interested participants
Details: We will sing some National Songs and cheer up along with the crowd.
DJ Raju and his team will assist us with this. Participants interested in poetry recital will be called upon. Let’s make a day to remember, a day for country, for peace and for constitution.

[[Handing of letter to Ambassador of Nepal]]
-02:00 – 02:10
- We will hand over the acknowledgement letter we have prepared along with the
signatures collected during the event to the Ambassador of Nepal. The letter will then be
forwarded to the Speaker of CA through him.

Official Event Ends...
Have some spare 15 mins that you can invest? Let’s clean the area we have used. Let’s clean
the posters/banners left on ground.
This is simply an event guideline. Expect Changes during the real event.
