NO WORK, NO PAY

The message was loud and clear from the youth on Saturday, 14th May in front of the same BICC, where lawmakers have in three years been unable to produce anything credible in the form of a constitution. We hear that a lot of it has already been written, and only some sticky issues remain.
But come on! Which Nations Constitution in the world is really complete? Why cannot this draft be declared the first draft, so that we can move on?
